titanfall expedition pack

Buenos dias

He tenido muchos problemas para poder jugar a la expansion de titanfall expedition pack.

Tengo la xbox one titanfall y hace como que un mes o algo mas, me compre el seasonal pass y ayer o antes de ayer me descargue el nuevo pack Expedition.

Bueno, pues me ha costado muchisimo poder jugar. No lo detectaba el juego. Tras esperar el tiempo de descarga, esperar el tiempo de instalacion, resulta que te vas a poner a jugar y no te deja. Te dice que te vayas a la tienda y te lo descargues. Pero si
ya lo tenia!!!

No creo que sea normal que tras gastarse uno tanto dinero, sufra tantos problemas para poder jugar. Deberia ser Pagar, descargar, Jugar. Pero no. Normalmente es Pagar, Problemas, problemas problemas y jugar.

Gracias al chat en linea me han ayudado a solucionarlo pero no deberia tener que perder mi tiempo.

Me gustaria algun tipo de compensacion por parte de Xbox

Says Titan fall Expedition was installed But cant play it, and the funds havn't come out of my account.

I bought and installed titanfall expedition, but when I go to play exdpedition variety pack, it says I dont have the DLC, and my bank balance remains the same...?

 

Claro que sí, que tipo de compensación quieres , meses de live gold o juegos?

Habrás borrado cache y tirado millas.

 

Hola he comprado con tarjeta de credito titanfall expedition y titanfall season pass, pero tengo problemas para jugar ambas expansiones, he seguido el comentario realizado por suppor de xbox (Ir a Mis Juegos y Aplicaciones, luego Juegos y resaltar Titanfall.
Pulse Menú (tres líneas horizontales) y luego seleccione Administrar Juegos. Debe haber baldosas separadas aquí, es una de ellas etiquetada Expedición? Si es así, presione A en eso y que debería, con suerte, te suplica en Instalar.), he seguido esas instrucciones
pero no he podido activar las expansiones por eso solicito su apoyo para poder jugar esas expansiones, muchas gracias por sus comentarios.
