    Titanfall DLC ever going to release?? May is half over, what gives?


    I have been hearing Titanfall dlc to be released in May. May is almost half over and have yet to see the download available?

    Observation

    I've been playing most of the day waiting for Titanfall tonight and I have been lagging horribly. Multiple host migrations and several times I was paired with players from the UK. My thought is, with Titanfall on the horizon, they've dropped the dedicated
    servers knowing that probably half their players are going to move over. The game has been trash all day today. No way I should ever get paired with someone in the UK (I'm in Seattle).

    I thought I saw a release date of either the 15th or 19th somewhere, but I'm struggling to find anything now to confirm that.

    Either way, half of May having passed also means there's another half in which it could be released. And based on the increasing amounts of trailers (and yesterday's live stream detailing and showing them off), it does seem like a release is imminent. Then
    today a trailer went up saying it releases today, but that was in error and 'today' refers to another day, presumably not so far into the future.

    We still have 18 days of May, plenty of time to release this within the given time-frame.

    Now you just changed the topic.

    A game that releases and then provides DLC over the next 12 months that was in development when the game was released is different. Yes, in the end we may have only received half the content at launch but I see the additional content as just that to provide
    longevity to the game.

    Having the majority of that content available at launch and then giving it to us piecemeal for an additional cost over the same 12 month period is completely different.

    It would be nice if they could put a countdown timer for the release of patches like they have up for the release of titanfall on the xbox home page! We all know when the half-baked games come out what we want to know is when the patches to go along with
    this disaster of a console will be rolled out!
