Titanfall delux edition $5.00

I'm downloading it right now. I realize the game is a year old but for $5.00 you get all the add ons and the season pass. This is a good deal.

Titanfall Deluxe Edition?

Im looking into purchasing the Titanfall Deluxe edition for the 360 right now, considering it's listed as $15 right now which is a phenomenal price. but I'm a bit confused. If i go to purchase it in the store on the 360 it just says "Titanfall" and doesn't
have the picture for the deluxe edition, on the website it says "Titanfall" But has a picture for the deluxe edition, and on the xbox one, it actually says "Titanfall Deluxe edition". I have made mistakes in the past before by just purchasing something based
off the picture. I'm just curious if the version that is on sale right now for the 360 is actually the deluxe edition containing the DLC maps.

It is a really good MP game, my only complaint is the lack of weapons, not enough variety, liked all of the maps, the controls are tight, but I'd suggest using the "bumper jumper" button layout, it makes it much easier to wall run.

 

It's a good game especially for 5 bucks. It got boring fast though.

 

I had this game when it released but I didn't play it for long because of the match making. I kept getting matches with players that were several levels higher than me. Has the match making been improved?

For 5 bucks I thought I would give it another try. It will be part of my digital game collection. But for the time being I'm playing H5G.

 

The season pass has been free for dragon ages. Charging for it sure was a need for greed. Then again 5 bucks you can't go wrong. I got it through EA Access though and last time I played it was like 3 months ago. Matchmaking was fine. Just cause they were
higher level didn't mean they were good. A lot of the time those prestige 10 people sucked so much. It was a mix of low levels and the occasional high level. It should still have a decent population. Anywhere from 6k to 10k.

 

I noticed that as well. People with high levels didn't mean they were that good.

Not having a story mode is why I didn't really care about this game. Going forward any game without a single player campaign is out of the question. Games like Rainbow 6 Siege have no interest to me.

 

$5 is the ultimate steal right here, Titanfall is awesome, way better than Call of Duty!

 

Great game.

It does have a story mode as anyone who's completed it will tell you.

It might not be the conventional story mode that you're used to but that's not really a bad thing since you can get that out of 99% of everything else that's ever been released.

So good for the Titanfall folks for trying something innovative and new.

Great game that is unfortunately written off by the narrow minded who fear change.

 

I wouldn't really call that a story mode. I've completed it. I wouldn't really say this game was written off since it sold more than 7 million copies.

 

Which is a fair comment.

It would also be fair to say this game is not gonna win the award for "Best Story Ever In A Video Game".

They tried something new. They might not have hit the bullseye on the first attempt but it's an interesting step in the evolution of the video game that could move onto something new.

After all, everyone's raving about "Warzone" in "HALO 5" which is, at it's core... "Titanfall".
