Titanfall Controller Issue

Hello

So today i try to update my controller and at first it doesn't see my controller. So i try another cable and get to the % screen and after few seconds it tells me that my controller is not connected.

I try my second controller and got it to update.

Now after this, my titanfall controller doesn't turn on anymore.

Before i send my controller to MS, is someone aware of that issue? if so what can i do?

Xbox one controller right analogue stick drifting up

Same issue. Started yesterday while playing Destiny. Titanfall Limited Edition controller. Past warranty I believe.

 

XBOX ONE Controllers

Never had a "sticky" controller, had a stick drift issue, but fixed it with some warranty voiding DIY haha, now have some funky metal sticks for my Titanfall controller.

 

Have you tried taking its battery out and putting it back in?

 

Yeah well i did a hard reser while the controller was connected to the cable and its back on but when i try to update the controller the console says it doesnt see the controller but it works fine...

Weird oh well i wont try my luck again aint going to update it.

 

When updating the controller the battery pack/batteries need to be removed then connect the controller. It should then update fine
