Titanfall chat issues...

Titanfall chat seems very spotty for me. my NAT shows open, but last night chat was not working at all. At the end of one match I could hear people speaking but it was coming out of the speakers, not my headset. Also couldn't see the chat icon when I would
talk.

Worked perfectly the night before. I am using headset that came with system.

Any thoughts?

Titanfall Game Chat Issues

I thought the game chat bug was fixed. I experienced the same thing but this was prior to the last update. Since then I have been able to engage in game chats a lot more

Hello I am ,

Me and a couple of friends have been experiencing problems switching to game chat on Titanfall. Since Xbox One party chat supports only eight people, me and my friends have to switch to game chat in the Private lobbies when there are 9 or more of us in the
lobby. We have noticed this mostly in the Beta Private Match lobbies. Me and my friends enjoy playing the game, but this chat issue is very annoying. We found out that switching to game chat doesn't always work so what we need to do is quit the game and leave
the party chat, then start the game up again to be able to make the game chat work. another problem that has occurred, is that sometimes we cannot connect to the same server and it take like 10-15 minutes for all of us to join the same server at times, just
to be able to play in our private lobby. Hopefully if this does get read and that this problem will be fixed, we understand stand that everything is new and that there will be issues, but these small ones are something we hope get fixed.

The chat function on my Xbox One seems pretty dodgy too. I have 2 official controllers and for some reason the official headset wont work with one of them.

 

Titanfall is like dead silent for me. Every once in a while I'll hear something and I have no idea if anyone can hear me, but I can see that it's recognizing sound from my mic. Although this weekend it wasn't even doing that. Meanwhile in NFS, I can hear
the tweens singing and talking about school constantly.

 

Yeah, Worked great last night for 3 matches, then nothing. Ended game, restarted, boom works fine rest of the night. I believe this is a Titanfall or Xbox Live issue, not hardware/OS related.

I'm seeing the same thing for titanfall. Chat stops working randomly and will only start working if I exit the game and start it again. It works fine if I test it by starting a party.
