Titanfall Challenge Achievement "Early Adopter" didn't unlock

I hit 50 earlier this week, and neither the Early Adopter challenge nor the Maxed Out achievement unlocked. (I could even pull up the Maxed Out achievement on the Achievements app and on Smartglass, and they both showed 100%, but locked.)

I played a lot of games sitting at level 50, because I was really close to unlocking all weapon mods and wanted to get that achievement. Last night, I did, and that achievement popped as soon as the game finished where I completed the last needed challenge.

Then I went so far as to delete my game data, delete the game itself, and reinstall the game. On the first load, it showed me the intro movie and took me to the training, but after "syncing with servers", I was back at level 50 with all my weapon unlocks.
But still no challenge or achievement for level 50. Played a couple more games, still no achievement or challenge.

I went ahead and Regenerated (which unlocked "My Generation" immediately) and played some more. But no sign of that level 50 achievement or challenge.

 

I also reached level fifty earlier in the week and didn't get awarded the early adopter challenge, despite getting the achievement for reaching level fifty, and after trying just about everything suggested by various forums, both before and after regenerating,
it's still locked for me. So yeah that sucks, especially as I doubt it'll magically get fixed within the next 12 hours before the challenge expires

 

So after being restored to level 47, and working my way to 50 today.....

Still no early adopter achievment......

At this point, there has been no answer from EA, Xbox or Respawn.

I will not be posting any more updates and will only post again if I get an answer/solution.

I find this to be a huge let down that neither of these companies, who we support, is unable to provide a solution, or even give us a solid response.

They tell us to post in these forums, yet have seen an official repsonse from either party.

again tested yesterday with two other friends. they reached lvl50 and got it while going back to the mainlobby, not! the gamelobby inside a match!. re-check with the activityfeed, achievement done -> Regeneration 2.

1. if you reach your lvl50, do not use the Regeneration within the gamelobby

2. go back in the main menu and open your activity feed

3. the achievement appear? you can use R2 now

 

The incompentcy with these two companies is staggering. This is the response from the "highly escalated" ticket that was submitted about my rank being reset and the missing achievment;

you: they should either push me up further since I have played G1 47 - G2 21 twice now, or leave it alone and just fix the early adopter achievement.

I will be watching this thread as I too was stiffed out of the early adopter achievement. >.< I feel like I should be opening a support ticket with them, but having dealt with MS CS in the past and the support staff's lack of knowledge, would just end up
winding me up to no end again. I admire your persistence with them and I hope you can sort something out soon.

My name is Ashley, I work specifically with the Xbox One department in Xbox Customer support.Your case was brought to my attention when I ran across your post on the EA support forums while researching a similar issue.

First, I would like to sincerely apologize for the lack of information concerning this issue and the fact that from the 3 companies you've talked to, there has been little headway.

Currently there is a known problem that I am involved with researching where our customer's are failing to see some achievements or challenges complete after meeting the requirements. I would absolutely love to help you get this resolved and provide what
information I can on it.

If you could send me your Device ID from your Xbox One and what time on March 20th should you have completed the 'Early Adopter' challenge for Titanfall?

Respawn can cause achievements to "pop" but I don't know if they can do it for Challenges.

 

Any update on this? I seem to have same exact problem as well.

 

There is still no luck for the challenge popping for me either and i unlocked the "Maxed Out" on the 26/03/14 details of it is reached level 50
