titanfall Bundle code is not working

I purchased the xbox one Titanfall bundle. When I have scanned the code with my kinect or enter manually, I am told that the code has already been used. I bought my xbox one new so I am confused by this. Can someone help..thanks!

Anyone know.....

Where I can pick up the titanfall bundle early? I see someone has already as they are trying to trade their titanfall code in the classifieds. Off work this week and looking for some entertainment. Don't care if I can't use the titanfall code till the end of the week but want that bundle.

Any suggestions?

There is, well if you can even call it a bundle. It's basically buying the console and you get a code for Forza 5 and as I understand that's the same with the Titanfall bundle, you get a code for Titanfall.

Did you try entering the code more than once? If so, check your download queue. Head over to My Games & Apps and look at the download section. If it's not listed there then scroll all the way to the right until you see Ready to Download.

If the game is not listed in either of those spots you can either try taking the code back to the store for replacement or contact phone support. 1-800-469-9269 in North America.

Mine worked fine.

But Yesterday Microsoft said it was having issues with billing services. But now it's fixed so you can try again now?

Another possibility is that someone already used that code then bundled it back. I would take it back to the store where you bought it and request a new titanfall code.

It still shows $59.99 and wants me to buy it I have looked in my recent downloads and it's not there... I will call the number. Thanks

I'm assuing you are talking about the download code of Titanfall that is in the Bundle?

The Titanfall Bundle containes a code in the box. Redeeming that code gives you the digital copy of the game Titanfall.

If the previous owner of the console hasn't used the code yet, then yes, you will be able to use the code on whatever Xbox One and profile you would like.

If the previous owner has used the code already, then no, because the code can only be used once.
