    Titanfall Black Screen on loadup


    My friend is having troubles getting tianfall to load as soon as he launches it, it goes to black screen. He has tried hard reseting his xbox one and clearing his cache. Any advice would be great.

    Yeah i did that before, now i just get stuck on the loadup screen.

    Greetings, Mr Andy! Sounds like you're in a bit of a pickle. We'll get this sorted out. Can you do me a favor and try clearing your system cache? Here are directions:

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache    . Once you do this you will be prompted to re-download updates for the game, which may help resolve the issue. Let me know if this helps!

    im doin this for my sister, i dont think shes hooked to the internet so no updating to worry about. ill tell her to try clearing the cache next time i see her but

    she also mentioned that the game seems to work whenever she uses my temporary profile on her xbox but none of the others. strange but ill have her try that
