Titanfall Beta Code

The more I play this Beta the more I want the final game. I shall miss it if it goes tomorrow lol. Roll on March 14th.

 

What makes me sad is I won't be able to buy it on release, so I will miss it when the beta finishes.

But I'm really glad I got the chance to play the beta because I really wasn't sure if I'd like it. Watching the videos didn't really do anything for me, but actually playing it changed my mind and now a must buy.

@ImDrunky - I'm the other way mate, was on the fence and playing the beta has pretty much convinced me that it isn't for me.

Plus, what happens if they turn the servers off - you will have a completely unusable game with no trade-in value whatsoever.

 

That's the risk you take buying any online multi-player game I guess. I remember getting Shadowrun which was online multi-player only and I don't even know if the servers are still online, but I had months/years of enjoyment with that game.

But it's not like they will take down the severs in a years time, by the time they actually take the servers down I would have probably stopped playing it years ago.

 

I thought this game would make me buy an x1, i now have the money to do so but it just hasnt drawn me in. If io was to buy an x1 now it would be more for Forza than this game. It is good to see a different spin on the classic fps.

 

Anyone know if anything carries over from the beta? I've really enjoyed it and if the leaks are true then there shall be plenty in the game to keep me busy for a long time.

 

There's an enemy Titan on the road. The metal bugger has yet to spy you, but it's only a matter of time. Your own Titan is ready to fall from the heavens. So you get up to speed, leap up and wall run. In the middle of the run you off *** an Arc grenade in
the titans face, then leap straight over it. Mid-leap you call in your Titan, which is armed with the Warp tool so it'll be here in seconds. you hit the wall on the other side of the street and leap off, gracefully entering your Titan as it slams into the
Earth. Armored up you punch the still stunned foe in his metallic face.

I've still got Chromehounds sat here, gathering dust in a corner :'(

Mind you, with the "infinite power of the cloud" surely they'll be able to just leave the servers running and reduce their number as demand dictates.

If they were to shut them off in the future then it wouldn't be until the launch of Titanfall 3 or 4, by which point very few people would care about the first game.

 

I will be getting this for the PC...
