Titanfall and other games install error

So today I got Titanfall in the mail, I go to install it. It gets to 88% and then says the disk is dirty or damaged. Weird, but I get it out, wipe it off, and try again. No dice. So I uninstall and try again from the beginning, and this time it happens at
91%. 20 times later and it always happens between 88 and 91. I have tried a hard reset, and it doesn't change anything. I thought it would see what would happen with another game. So I put in Ryse, I uninstalled it, and then started to install it. the error
occurred for that game somewhere in the 40s. What is happening and how can I fix it? I am rather frustrated.9

Game install problem

I have tried to install new games including Dragon Age, Halo and COD:AW but the install stops at 4 or 5%. I went back and tried to install older games i have(Titanfall) and they all worked fine. I have tried to disconnect from the internet and other solutions
and none have worked.

Game install from disc gets stuck

and none have worked. It started not installing games from the disc when i got Wolfenstein.

Could be a disc drive problem

try doing hard reset mate on your console see what happens

I have the same issue... this happens on multiple games, although they are installed on the console.

The installation shows to be 99% complete, but it will never finish the installation. I was unable to play Titanfall due to this error.

I bought, downloaded and installed Titanfall in >35 mins. Only game that was really slow to download was Ryse, all other games have been fast.

Currently downloading and installing Assassins Creed 4, it's been 25 mins and it's at 68%.

Remember when gaming on the PC alot, and installing various games it was very different depending on the game how long the install took. Some games took forever to install a couple of gigs, while others installed super fast.

Probably got to do with how the game is packed and how it's being installed.
