Titanfall and Digital Pre orders?

So I'm willing to start going digital, at the moment I plan to buy multiplayer games likes BF, Forza, Titanfall as digital games, but keep buying "one play" games like Tomb Raider as physical.

This means I would like to buy Titanfall as a digital title, but do we have any information on this yet? What is the price? Will it be available from midnight? Can I pre download the game a day early ready for it to be activated at midnight?

Xbox One has made me really enjoy how easy it is to just own digital games, but with lack of information (and silly prices) they are making it hard for me to go digital.

Nobody knows any of your questions, other than it'll be available day one (not sure if that means midnight or what) I'm sure Microsoft will announce if we can pre-download titles in the future. At the moment we can't. As for the price, look at "street price"
and add £5 and you will be close.

 

all points are leading towards it coming out at midnight... how ever... by March... we just might.. now this is a pipe dream.. of having the ability to pre DL a day in advance and having the game unlock at midnight... this would ease the DL times... and
the server stress.. as DLing TF at 12 would take most people days....

That being said... game will be the same price as physical...we are a few years away from DDL's being cheaper right off the bat..

 

@tohellnbak Titanfall would only be the same price as a physical copy here in the USA. I know gamers in the UK have to pay more for digital copies off the marketplace.

 

That is true Burst... guys need to get a US mailing address and then purchase the games from the US store...

that whole we pay more because we live here is just wrong.. especially on digital versions of games and games in general.. I can see consoles being more as they are a product and not media but still....

 

There's a major Xbox One update coming in March. It seems likely that it happens prior to March 11, so maybe it'll include pre-ordering. It'd be great if they let us take advantage of the $10 offer, but I doubt it that close to release.

 

I would say the price is the same as the Microsoft store price and they have it up for 69.99.
