STILL NO DATA SERVERS AFTER A WEEK!!!!!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER.!!!!

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

No guild severs? Really?

That not the problem. It easy to get fill a game up with your guild but what not easy is finding another guild to play against.

If you go to the last pages ofthe server browser there's plenty of empty servers you can play on.

EA is currently integrating new online ports to adjust for the server issue.

If you visit their site
help.ea.com/.../titanfall and select your region. You can sometimes get a better idea of when to expect them back up. I have friends playing on their Xbox One already. Not too sure about the 360 yet, but also haven't tried today.

I was told it was an UPDATE by an Xbox ambassador. So if thats the case now I have even less reason to remain a customer. The HOURS I spent clearing my cache and messing with my MODEM on WHY MY XBOX was the problem!! NOT A SINGLE Customer service representative
had a clue as to what I was referring to the entire time playing stupid with me! LOW CLASS Gaming site!!! GL with all the other suckerz out there!! I wont be buying an XBOX1 or renewing my xbox live acct. By the time my xbox live acct. ends Titanfall2 comes
out and these servers will be dead. Thats the nail in the Coffin for EA AND XBOX!!

If the Ambassador who told you that the error is due to an update is correct (I don't know one way or another, but Ambassadors are just regular people, so we do make mistakes), the update would be a patch created by the developer/publisher of the game. In
this case, the publisher being EA; as you've already mentioned.

EA is responsible for their own patches as well as their own servers. Microsoft has no control over the intellectual property of other companies and thus has no access to fix those companies's games or servers for them.

I can understand and emphasize with your frustration but nobody here can fix a problem on EA's end. Only EA can do that.
