Titan fall connection to server timeout

I bought this game one week ago and till now I'm not able to play it yet. It is not connecting to the servers. Every time I try to play, after wasting my time loading it, I'm stuck with an error message that says "connection lost to server, connection timeout".
what would be the problem??? I'm really frustrated with this ***. any help please?

Why Is "Watchdogs" Such A Small Game?

same as titan fall, 16gb of game material is running server side.

Ping strength to dedicated server

So I played the Titan fall beta. My ping on the main screen was 74ms-69ms. This was nice info since games like Ghosts give no connection information. I'm in Alaska and the best connection was to the west coast server .

Can I assume that would also be my ping no matter what xbox one multiplayer game I'm playing??

Do dedicated servers adjust the game for each player based on their connection?

My first suggestion would be the usual. Turn off the Xbox by holding the power off button for 10 seconds to reboot and clear the cache.

Are you using a Wired or Wireless connection? Some more info would help. Please go to Settings > Network and in Network settings let us know what the NAT Type states. Other information to get as well would be to test Multiplayer Connection and if the test
states 'It's all good', pull both triggers and both bumpers at the same time and list all the information you see in the Detailed Network statistics, including the Detailed NAT information when it loads.

I had this issue last night.i solved it by rebooting hub and then doing hard rest on console seemed to work

hard reset yeah, but please note, that respawn is testing the new matchmaking beta and many more. so there are several connection issues, not all the time but there it is.

well my NAT Type is strict. The services are not available all the time as well as for the multiplayer connection test. What would be the problem?

I have a wired connection and the multiplayer connection test is failing all over again. suggestions??? I'm new to xbox live. I'm a playstation fan. If this problem persists, then I would rather sell my machine instead of being annoyed every time I give
it a try.
