Tis with a heavy heart...

It's with a heavy heart that I must say I wish I avoided buying my Xbox One. I've been an Xbox fan since the beginning and I've never had any problems with my original Xbox or Xbox 360 but since purchasing my Xbox One it has been the worst purchase I have
ever made.

I've had my brand new console less than four months and I have had to contact Xbox Support on 3 occasions due to system issues, the most recent problem is resulting in me having to call their help line tomorrow to discuss a replacement being sent. If I had
the option I would send back the console, all of the equipment and the games I have bought and receive a full refund, unfortunately I'm not able to do this and selling it personally would result in a heavy loss financially.

Also if it's possible the official Xbox One controllers are actually worst than the console itself. I've had to return three of these controllers due to a rattling noise coming from inside the controller's or certain buttons not working and I've noticed
this when removing the packaging.

My opinion, avoid Xbox One at all costs. I am hugely disappointed and completely fed up from having to contact their support team, I would expect more from a £300-£400 console and their official equipment that they sell ranging from £10-£70.

hmmm, tis a toughie as i do hold the 11s dear to ones heart but i think its time for something new, looking ever more likely that it'll be the XO Sevens

I really had my heart set on a Heavy Turret for my Engineer like Cerberus get.

 

Typical Xbox support, no reply to my post, no apology, no resolution in sight. Absolute joke.
