Tiredo IP Address Error

Sometimes there are Internet provider specific issues when trying to join people. I know I had trouble joining some of my friends before I called my internet provider and they were able to open up a port or something

For this issue I would first perform a full power down of your Router. I have heard that it is recommended that you unplug the power from the back of the Router and not from the wall outlet (as it may still retain memory). Do this for at least one full minute.

Plug it back in and allow the Router to boot up fully before trying to connect using any of your devices.

Once the Router is fully back up and running, try joining a multi-player session again/performing a network test.

If you are still getting the error I would reach out to your ISP and see if they have further information on their end, as best I know this is a Router specific issue. Many ISPs will only replace routers for people that have issues.

Okay, ChimpZealot. This is what is said for each suggestion on More Info...

IP Address Error - The router or modem may not be automatically assigning an IP address. Try a static IP address instead.

IP Address Error - The router or modem may not be set up to provide IP addresses. See the routers or modem's manual for steps to adjust DHCP settings.
