    I've rest my router, restored my network to factory default, opened the necessary ports for port forwarding, and after 3 hours of working with support finally got my Xbox's running like normal, an hour later I was bored I'm getting the same ******* error
    codes as before, square one, what's the gold up?!

    Try removing your profile , shut down the Xbox , boot it back up , then re add your profile....if that dosent work it's most likely connection issues. ..

    how many times do i have to say that i was told since day one that my case was sent to you and the rangers in order to have this solved ?

    honestly even today they keep saying that they are reaching you guys to check it , you guys cant acuse me of something when i clearly did something bout it and even today after a contact with them i was told to say to you to check with them that they will
    tell you that is their fault .

    cant and will not be here everyday telling the exact same thing but it seems no one understands or wants to understand me , after all that happened including insults and mistake someone needs to give a step forward and assume the mess that was made out
    of this case and the disrespect i got as a gamer and a costumer

    Do you mean you're getting disconnected from Live or you aren't able to connect at all?

    What code(s) are you getting? Is there any error message displayed?

    I've been getting 80151909 and 8015190b error codes, and after three days i managed to get back on live only to get booted with the same error codes

  6. xbox lives core services is still limited... after what? a week? this is truly sad. Xbox probably lost half their customers over this one.

    Hey b4w8,

    Have you tried deleting an then re-downloading your Xbox Live profile?

    Instructions on how to do this as well as a brief description of your second error code can be found

    on this page
    .

    Remember to
    clear your cache
    at least three times between deleting and downloading the profile!

    Hope that will help!

    Hey there b4w8!

    Do you have the Xbox 360 with the built-in 4GB flash drive? If so, can you make sure this unit doesn't appear as "Unformatted".

    Post back and let us know what you found out.

    Go to Settings, and System, and select Storage. You should able to see all the attached storage devices on your console, and if any of these are reading "Unformatted".

    What troublehooting step(s) did you take, to get your console "running like normal"?

    If you go to Xbox Network Settings, and select Test Xbox Live Connection, does it fail to connect to Xbox Live?

  14. I have been going through hell since the Dec 1st with random disconects and lag and have been with support no less than ten times to resolve all the issues. Last night Dec 8 it finally was working and the support guy said for me to follow the steps and start
    over today and I did and now I cant download my profile or anything. My dad just pastaway and i really dont have family or friends here and my online gaming friends bring at least a release from the chaos in my life and now it apears that I wont have that
    anymore either...very bummed and disapointed long time custome....jbr33zy77 signing out
