Tired of not being able to play games due to system tampering

I like many others like playing Modern Warfare games that we purchased on xbox360 and not like to play them on Xbox One. the problem that most of us are having is that out of 10 games there "might" be 1 game that is not hacked by someone due to system
tampering. This could be them inadvisable or flying or some sort of function that renders other players incapacitated so they cannot play properly. This ruins the gaming for the people who do not want to play a cheating game and would like to use skill alone.
I understand that this could be down to the MW servers and their hosting but they are connected through the Microsoft network and like everyone else who plays online we purchased the "live" product from Microsoft to do play online games with others and not
to be frustrated time after time and have it all rendered useless. If you cannot guarantee that these morons who use these cheats on these games are not prevented from doing so then you will find that people will not purchase the "live" products any longer
as they will just be frustrated. I should also point out that we as users may have a case to demand a refund as the sole point of purchasing the "live" products was to play other players online in our favourite games and this is being thwarted by certain individuals
which I am sure with Microsoft's large employee base and technology they could be weeded out so that most gamers can enjoy a real game without getting frustrated and ending their games and switching off. Every time this happens I report the users in the correct
manner on their profile and even go so far to activate the avoid choice. This does not seem to work though or gets ignored. I know some of these are older games like MW2 and 3 but they still have a large following but that should not matter. If the answer
to all of this is that no support is longer in use for these games then I am sure Microsoft could refund the price of the "live" products purchased and in future put a warning before people purchase the "live" products indicating a list of games where there
is no support and hacking may occur on the game servers but Microsoft will not take action. That way we can all avoid being frustrated purchasing a product expecting to play the online game and not being able to properly. I do hope Microsoft take this seriously
and do take action as there really is no excuse for such a poor service. If you say it is the game makers servers that are being hacked then I am sure you could put pressure on them to sort this out after all they are using Microsoft customers firstly to play
the game on Microsoft consoles and then those consoles are connecting to their online servers.Sort this out microsoft as it really is the most frustrating thing.

Lately the mods are not being banned nor addressed and not at any point did i say they should be banned immrdiately but when you leave it 7 days and the same ones are still there under the same tags that is a
[Mod removed] indicator that nothing is bring done. As i stated in my original post i do report and block the mods but that seems not to work as when you leave a mod game after reporting you can find your self in another game an hour or day
later with the ones you blocked and when you try to report or block them again the option is greyed out as the system has acknowledged you have blocked that player but does not seem to work. Again as posted in my original post the developers are using microsoft
platforms to get their custom us the users so i am sure they could use influence to get the developers to work with them to tighten this all down otherwise we are paying for a product that we can barely use because of the mod fools.

Unfortunately there only so much xbox can do it their side, usually this is something more direct with the dev./publisher of the game.

If what they're doing is effecting game play, then that is done through the game's servers, not Microsoft's.

As long as you are filing complaints on them, the enforcement team will investigate them and take the appropriate action.

It does take time for investigations to take place so suspensions/bans are not always issued immediately, but they do happen. It's definitely not something that is ignored. However, as already stated, it would be up to the developer's to patch their games
to keep this from happening in the first place. Unfortunately once they release a new game they tend to neglect the old ones so these types of issues happen (you would also see it on Playstation). So those users who get banned just create a new account and
are able to get back to what they were doing because the games are not being patched.

What you're asking for is virtually impossible to do on a real time basis, the problem is the modders are almost always one step ahead of the platform holders. Thing is when Microsoft ARE aware they DO take severe action against people and have been known
to issue suspensions both temporary & permanent for people caught doing this. The problem as has been stated already is that MW issues fall upon Activision to deal with - so stuff like aimbots, hacking etc is their responsibility to deal with stopping this
from happening with anti-cheat measures.

One thing you can continue to do is to report & block players suspected of doing this through the system, these reports are taken seriously & are investigated which can lead to aforementioned sanctions being taken.
