Tired of getting jerked around

Discus and support Tired of getting jerked around in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I get on the chat support and saying no more than "yes" to "are you still there?" get cut off after waiting God knows how long.     Tired of getting jerked around


    I get on the chat support and saying no more than "yes" to "are you still there?" get cut off after waiting God knows how long. Here's my problems besides the inconsiderate attitude towards 360 users. My console went down with one of those red dot errors,
    so I got another "slim" console and put my hard drive in it, and all the full versions of games that I had purchased online either didn't work at all or were just demo versions. So I got my old console to start working again now it won't let me log in at all
    no matter how many times I verify this or that , blah blah ****?

    Destiny for $28 bucks and digital is $60?

    Unless there is a digital sale...then you may want to consider it. That's the ONLY time I buy digital. Otherwise, you are getting jerked around.

    Can anyone help me? I was referred here by Xbox Live Support.

    Does anyone even visit these forums? Or am I just being jerked around by Xbox Live Support?

    Tired of getting jerked around

    For digital game installations on the hard drive to run, you'll have to log in to the console with the account that purchased them.

    If the game installations still don't work,
    transfer your game saves to the cloud     (XBL Gold is required for cloud functionality on the 360), delete the game installations off of the hard drive, redownload the games, and try again.
