    Tired of error codes like BANJO?


    I don't know about everyone else, but I have been having the worst time with party chat disconnecting, or getting kicked into orbit for no apparent reason. Destiny servers then proceed to blame the players' network or internet service by providing some stupid
    error code like "banjo" and then send you on a merry hunt to figure out what that means . I'm pretty sure that 9 times out of 10 those codes have nothing to do with my internet service since all the other things in the house using the modem would lag out as
    well. I use Xfinity cable and it streams well over 100 mb/s so I know speed and connectivity isn't an issue so what's the deal? I would also like to know how Destiny and COD3 (aka: Activision) seem to have THE WORST server connectivity even after they gouge
    and scrape us with endless Microtransactions and Seasonless Passes. The franchise is worth BILLIONS thanks to people like us and our hard earned money so why are we having any issues with connectivity? I am either correct or just terribly misinformed but either
    way this needs to be addressed so it can get fixed!!!!

    Hey banjo,

    Have you used the error code search located
    support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup

    Have you run through the steps detailed once you've entered your error code into the search? (Mainly the clearing system cache, moving your profile and then re-downloading it again)

    I'm assuming you can log into Xbox.com just fine?

    What error message/code do you receive when you try buying the game? Which game is it? Do you have the same issue with other games?
