Tired customer, problems with games uninstalling themself.

Hello. Im having continuous problems with my xbox one. I have two games being: COD Ghosts and Dead Rising 3. When I first tried to install these games I had two wait up two a week, which made me want to be violent. Finally they installed and I could play
and all that good stuff. Then I dont play for a week and cod ghosts just thinks its cool to uninstall itself. This is extremely annoying as I have slow internet, which I dont think someone cares about with these massive patches. This has happened 3 times where
I have to re-install and with my bad internet I completely give up with the patches. I have easily spent three times as many hours waiting for installs them actually playing. Feels like garbage. Though this shouldn't happen. I

should be able to install then uldate my game once (except for new patches). Is there any idea why Xbox One does this? Really frustrating.

More EA servers getting shut down this month.

One thoese days. There fan baes will be tired of this take out servers bs. And go to other compenys that do it lesser then the dark empier of gaming themself.

 

Your games shouldn't completely uninstall themselves. you may have a hard drive issue if it continuously happening.. You can visit
http://service.Xbox.com to register your console and set up a repair

 

I have heard a lot of talk that suggests if you install the game while offline, and then just get the updates by signing in, it clears up a lot of problems. I can not say it will work in your case as I have never heard of the games uninstalling themselves,
but seeing as this can cause no harm, it might be worth a try.
