    Hey everyone!

I've been gone for a while and well, I am back now!

I'm presenting some tips and tricks to all of you competitive Call of Duty Ghosts players out there.

These tips and tricks are based on my experiences as MLG player on Call of Duty Ghosts.

    Here we go,

    Tips for (starting)competitive players:

    1. Make sure to always have the perk Dead Silence on every class set-up. No matter what game mode you're playing, the enemy is probably using a top quality headset and will be able to hear you without the perk.
    2. If you are using a top quality headset, make sure to use the right settings (this includes; In-Game sound, Game Volume, Chat Volume etc). You don't want to have your Chat Volume over your Game Volume.
    3. I've seen many people who 'Chocked' on a kill. What this basically means is that you missed a lot and died. You don't want this to happen, so when you hear your enemy, make sure to pre-aim. What this means is that you aim your rifle at the right direction
before the enemy is able to see you. This is very handy since your aim is a lot more accurate.
    4. Before you start playing on the official 'MLG/GB' maps on Call of Duty Ghosts, you will need to know the 'Callouts' in every 'MLG/GB' map. The maps played by eSports rules are;
      Freight,
      Octane,
      Sovereign,
      Strikezone and
Warhawk. You can click on each map name here to see a picture with every 'Callout' written on it. (thanks to unofficialcallofduty)
    5. Play some 'Scrims' regularly. 'Scrims' are practice matches against either a random opponent or a friend. There are different variants of 'Scrims'. There is; 8s (4v4), 4s (2v2), 1v1. You can use 'Scrims' to train your skills against different types of opponents.

    Tips for (starting)competitive teams:

    1. If your team wants or is going to participate in a 'LAN' or Online event, make sure to double check your Roster. The maximum team size of every participating team in Call of Duty eSports is 4. So make sure to pick the right players.
    2. Get known! If your team is on its way to going pro, you need to get known. Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and of course Xbox Live are great ways to tell everyone how great and professional your team is.
    3. Whenever you feel like your team can use some more support or something a lot bigger than just playing Call of Duty, it's time for your team to find a sponsor. Teams often get sponsored by big companies, you just have to find the right sponsor yourself.

These are all the tips I have for you guys!

If you have any questions, feel free to reply to this post or contact me on Xbox Live!

    :)

AVOID public lobbies at all costs. Scrims against good players are the best "PRACTISE". Also drink tons of Red Bull and eat lots of Cheetos and Hot Pockets.

No way...Cheetos make your fingers way too dirty. Pringles are much more practical for MLG's.

It's key to have twitter as well. And follow a bunch of the accounts that RT CoD stuff because most people looking for teams or scrims will tweet to them. As for callouts I definitely do not recommend the links the OP posted. I have never heard of 90% of
those callouts. Also if you have free time go watch competitive players on twitch and look at their routes, listen to their callouts. Finally, don't expect it to happen overnight, and expect a lot of people to leave your team for what they may think is a better
    team.

I actually haven't played it in a while, but these forums don't update Xbox One games. It's pretty good, basically Counter Strike where you can ADS. Obviously it's going to be a F2P so there are microtransactions everywhere. But it'll be something fun and
free to go to if you're bored with everything else you have. Since it's just a beta, and it seems to be very limited in the number of players, there are some connection issues. But I expect those to go away with its full release which is said to be this Spring.

  10. ^^A TON of games (especially smaller releases) have connection issues that seem to never get cleared up. The HUGE companies/publishers (like Activision/EA games) usually dominate the market with the best dedis. I would think that would be the main reason
    alot of smaller games fail?
