So this is my final ban huh? well I'm serious when I say this I think this a fault on your guy's part ever since my last ban I never went to game chat never harassed someone nothing no homophobic slurs no threats no racism nothing i was just playing dark

It just states here are the rules your account broke it never shows proof it never states how I did it. It doesn't tell me anything which is again frustrating, bad communication, terrible for consumers (people like
me who own an Xbox) so here is a solution give chat logs what does it solve (again): frustration (you see exactly what you did and can understand why you were banned) here is another solution that ties into the 1st one: time dates when the messages were sent
from both parties (sender and receiver. What they both sent 2 each other. Obviously blur out the other person name) also here is some reasons why its frustrating: Imagine you're brought to court they say you were charged with armed robbery they go up and say
your name they state these exact words "you're charged with Armed robbery" that's it that's all you get to know you don't get to know the time it was the place it was nothing just what they're charging you with and its so like well how do I defend myself if
my only defense is hey that wasn't me. as you can this doesn't work at all its actually considered an unfair trial which it is similar to what you guys did you just said "hey this is what you did" that's it nothing else no proof nothing unfair as it can get.
Even if I know I was innocent it doesn't matter because you don't tell me anything and you can do what you want. And if I go 2 ask questions somewhere like here all they tell me 2 do is go 2 this enforcement.xbox.com website and what does it tell me? the same
example that I gave before just no evidence just he is your charges good luck and that isn't helpful at all yet you're here 2 help yet you don't again this is why they say Xbox support is[Mod-Removed Profanity] and if you really want to improve
you'd focus on fixing these problems instead of twiddling your thumbs and hey I mean if you improve your overall look more people like you and from a business pov that means more sales and trust which is good for you the company wow its almost as if by doing
things the wrong way you lose value who [Mod-Removed Profanity] knew! But if you put effort into the things you make or the things you care about (money) it improves instead of losing value. Why argue about something that happened 2 years
ago well like I said before which I will say again I had games on that account that I paid for which means lost money aka lost value and also progress on said games meaning my personal time which time is money which again lost value and if I believe I was
trialed and banned wrongfully I will argue till proven otherwise or unbanned and if I am unbanned I will not ever be banned again.

Warface Closed Beta?

Yes - as a long-time Software Project Manager having set up Beta Programs over the years -- this is pretty badly handled. Beta software is Beta software... but the 'announcement' on the home screen just says some BS about extra points.

You should receive an email addressed to the email account associated with the gamer tag that received the ban/suspension from Microsoft/Xbox telling you why you were banned. To check your enforcement history, you can go here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/Enforcement/ShowEnforcements
just make sure to sign in with the affected account.

They dont show you the evidence because they already know what you did and also they have to follow the same rules and cant repeat thr same violations

Also you can pinpoint who reported you and can take action against then which us not allowed

Only your actions and your actions allow affect your suspension

Reliatuling in anyway that violates the terms of use is not allowed period

Block ignore and report that is the only thing you are allowed to do

Any retailiation would be suspectible to the terms of use

Its not a flaw it is basic common sense

Just because theystarted it doesnt mean you can break the rules

If you told a police officer that others was speeding before me you know how fast you will be in cuffs

Before you finished the sentence

The justification doesnt justify the means
