Tiny Tina's Wonderlands: Chaotic Great Edition Pre-Order Bundle

Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then validate your order for the game. Once confirmed that it's the correct version and is stated as "completed" kindly remove and re-add your account.

REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

ADD ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

You should check and see if those materials are available yet. For example it won't download content from the season pass because it doesn't exist yet

For example i have the Tiny Tina's wonderlands game on my Xbox one S but would like to purchase the digital "Wonderlands Next-Level Edition"

When I scroll down to the Section "Included In" I see Tiny Tina's Wonderlands for Xbox Series X|S but its just a trailer. There is no option to install from this point. Okay I think I figured out the issue. I assumed purchasing the $59.99 version would allow an auto upgrade to the xbox series x|s version. This does not appear to be the case. I now see the option to purchase the $69.99 Next Level Edition. It appears I purchased the wrong version. Is there a way to request a refund?
