    Timing Problem in Micosoft Solitaire Events


    Am I the only one with time problems in events?? I play a lot and participate in a lot of the events. I usually have a good finish if I decide to finish. But.. every once in awhile such as yesterdays event the time goes bonkers. It says I took 11 hours
    and some odd minutes to complete. NEVER!! I am so upset because this is not the first time this has happened. I probably took right around an hour to complete. Xbox does not make it easy to contact them about these issues and I really wonder if they even care
    but if you are hosting an event and make it competitive the least you should do is make sure it is working properly. No one likes to feel cheated and at this point I do. I enjoy playing but with this and the other issues I have had, I am wondering if it is
    even worth it. I just wondered if anyone else was having the same issues.

    TIMING. AGAIN

    Your timing is off again on the solitaire collection event. I played for 4 MINUTES and you show me on for 1 hour plus so I'm 95TH and looks like I took an hour to finish one game. Seriously get your timing fixed

    MICROSOFT Solitaire Collection Events Challenge Timing Error

    As I said earlier, it does load eventually but takes longer than usual when downloading a particular event data from the server (I guess). It's all fine as long as it loads. Many a times the loading goes on forever (probably due to network issues) forcing
    me to close and restart the app and as a consequence have the entire waiting time along with the time it takes to start MSC again and start/finish the same event, added to the total time. Again, as said earlier, Ads (the BINGO one especially) make it a whole
    lot worse.

    Whilst most Ads are cached, the Bingo Ad (roughly 60 MB in size--just a guesstimate) is downloaded every time it pops up causing the same issue, only adding substantial waiting time to the cumulative time.

    My connection can handle multiplayer games (racing and the like) reasonably well. There's no reason for MSC to be having network reliability issues with my connection other than poor optimization. After all, it's only a one time upload/download of a particular
    event data along with the game status itself.

    I'll give it a try posting on the link you provided and see how it goes.

    Faulty positioning of Ads within the game area

    I am having the same problem and I think it must be connected with Windows 10 as it started immediately after I converted. It does not happen on Solitaire or Mah Jong but it does make Sudoko a bit more challenging. Hoping Micosoft can come up with a fix
    soon.

    You can't pause it. Furthermore, the clock keeps running even when you're not playing. I completed 26 of 27 challenges in 1:15 this evening. Then I had to go out to dinner. I exited the Event and the quit Solitaire and slept my Windows 10 PC. I came
    back and the Leaderboard still said 1:15. But then I played the final challenge in under 3 minutes, and Solitaire added in the time when I was away along with the time for the final challenge. Final Leaderboard time: 3:53 :-o

    I too am having problems with today's, 10-13, event. The message says there is no internet connections for the event although the other games and divisions in Solitaire do work.
