    Timer on MS Solitaire.


    I am getting tired of timer errors on Solitaire EVENTS!

    This evening, I re-opened the app with one game left to play out of 30. I checked the leaderboard, and I was 26th with a time of 1 hour and 37 minutes.

    I finished the one remaining game in about 5-6 minutes.

    MY TIME IS POSTED AS 11:39:34! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE SINCE" it is supposed to post actual playing time or actual app time. I am really aggravated at your idiocracy of having a game with a defective timer.

    If I was playing it for free, I could understand your unconcerned attitude. However, I pay for the privilege of being insulted by your pitiful timer. Is it possible that one of the few things I enjoy doing with my wife, you at MS, screw it up!

    Fix it, please?

    Or don't charge me for a defective game, ok?

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that it can be frustrating when certain features in a game do not work as intended. Which troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? We recommend making sure that

    Windows 10 is up to date    . This is to ensure that the leaderboard and game stats are all up to date as well. Also, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the application. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Are you freaking kidding? There should be no need to "make sure" you have the latest updates.

    The timer issue has been around for months. And, how can someone possibly finish a 30 game event in less tham 15 minutes? I am not a "newbie" complaining, just someone who does not appreciate people manipulating a game that should be a level playing field.

    I am having the same problem. The advice to make sure Windows 10 is up to date is ridiculous sine it has been happening for months. Also. the "programmers" should make sure that the game is backward compatible and not just stick updates out there just to
    change inconsequential things.

    Point in fact, Microsoft Treasure Hunt has serious flaws and they don't care because they don't respond or fix anything.

    I would be willing to pay for the game, but endless licensing per year puts a damper on that.
