Timeframe for being awarded Mission Points

I was awarded the needed 5 achievents in Tropico 5 - Penultimate edition on the 22nd of March, but the rewards website has not credited me with these or the 10,000 rewards credits for completing Ford the River and Stake the Claim. (Wild West Rewards)

will this be done soon, as the spring sale is enticing?

Challenge/Credits Jipped

It only shows the credits for the mission that you quit out of, and since it was just the beginning cutscene of the mission, you got awarded 0 cR for that mission. The credits for the challenge and the mission you completed the challenge on should have been
awarded regardless, you just don't get to see them actually being awarded unless you have scoring on (which will show the credit screen after each mission I believe, instead of going straight to the next mission).

Also keep in mind that in order to qualify, purchases have to be made during the offer period. If the consoles were bought before the offer became available, they are not eligible.

Hi Nod Nolan. Credits for the Avatar purchase and Games portion of the offer are pending now. There was a delay in Achievements tracking, but those will be awarded in the next couple of days. Then you will be awarded the Bonus by the end of next week. Thanks

Your purchase of Call of Duty and Gears of War were applied to the Rewards Story offer last month. However, since you did not complete that offer, you did not receive Credits for those purchases. Regarding your Unravel purchase, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated December's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

With the Xbox Rewards program, it's impossible to have an odd number of credits pending. If you're referring to the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The two programs are separate.

On the website, it says Xbox Rewards has now become Microsoft Rewards In Canada, does that means all my points just vanished? Also for the Microsoft Rewards system, is it 20 points for every dollar you spend?
