Hello, here I have a problem with my Xbox one console, every time I launch a game or application or even the market I have a message that appears -> for an unknown reason the startup .... has been too long please try again (I already reboot my console
and still the same worries)

that was my thought - would have preferred to finish GTA5 first though!

 

Do a Power Cicle on your Xbox, press and hold Power Button for 10 seconds and wait 2 minutes then turn Xbox on again

 

About the Store, You can use It on your browser, go to Microsoft Store and sig in with your Xbox Account, search for the game or what You want, it's the same thing

If you already did the hard reset and it still doesn't work, you should give the factory reset with keeping your games and apps (so that you don't have to install them again) a try:

Microsoft Store is working on browser. You can open the game over and over again 'till It opens.

 

Open the game with your Xbox in offline mode, this may work
