    About the Store, You can use It on your browser, go to Microsoft Store and sig in with your Xbox Account, search for the game or what You want, it's the same thing

    Do a Power Cicle on your Xbox, press and hold Power Button for 10 seconds and wait 2 minutes then turn Xbox on again
