    Time Zone and downloads


    Tonight at midnight Madden NFL 15 drops.

    The problem is on the East Coast, it's out at 3am. Is it possible to change time zone to west coast time and be able to download. Anyone with the experience?

    Destiny digital guardian edition pre-order

    The official release of the digital copy is done by one time zone only which is 12:01 PDT (Pacific Daylight Time). All digital downloads will be linked to that time zone which is the zone where Microsoft's offices are.

    @ 3am I will be asleep. I don't think you can manipulate time zones. Doesn't Metro drop tonight aswell???

    You can download the game now, it just wont be playable until 3am.

    This is definitely something that needs fixing. Watch Dogs was made available at 12 am UK time yet the east coast gets shafted. MS wants a digital future but gives not 1 incentive to go all digital besides instant switching.

    Yeah I don't think it's right that the East Coast has to wait to Vampires are active to play the game.

    SCEA is in California and PlayStation guys get to play at 12am. It BS.

    You can download the game now, it just wont be playable until 3am.

    You should be fine with this.People do it all the time.It's when you use external devices to earn achievements that you get a gamerscore reset.
