    • Someone somewhere stated that the modem and Xbox were not getting along. I have been using AT&T U-verse for a week without a problem, until this morning. My Xbox One (model 1540) decided it needed an update, but wouldn't update.
    • I switched back to my TWC (now Charter Spectrum), and my Xbox One went straight to work,
      NOT needing an update. I don't know what changed between last night and this morning that my Xbox wouldn't work on AT&T U-verse. I didn't change anything.

    I don't know why, would port forwarding be an issue? My Spectrum modem (**** TG1672G) has all required ports opened for Xbox One and Battlefield 1. I may re-hook the AT&T U-verse modem (model 5268AC) and try to recreate the problem, then open ports on the
    AT&T to see if that corrects.

    *Note: this update only tried to occur with Battlefield 1 play.

    That is just so messed up have to be upgradeing when Time Warner was doing so good on my x box 360 .

    Why isn't Xbox Live working for the people who have TimeWarner as their internet provider? and when will it be fixed?

    THIS IS BS because i have friends that have Time Warner and they are still online but im not.

    I was planning on playing Battlefield the whole day.

    Yup talked to a tech at Time Warner, nothing they said call Microsoft. When that was done Microsoft says call Time Warner we have no idea what or when it will be fixed, Ask Microsoft if they are going to Reimburse me for the MS points i spent on a server
    for Battlefield 3 for this weekend, there response no because its not to all xbox users just a view. Wow some customer support. BS
