    Microsoft and Time Warner blaming each other

    I just got done chatting with Glenn at Microsoft Support and talking on the phone with a representative at Time Warner. Each blamed the other party. Does anyone really know what's going on? By the way when I first asked for a status, they both said they
    were aware of the problem and working with the other party to resolve it. When I asked for a credit for the disruption in service, then they blamed the other party. Who's problem is it?
