    Time Warner: Cant connect to internet on xbox one S


    Time Warner (ISPs): Cant connect to internet on xbox one S
    I have tried to connect to the xbox store and the internet and I keep receiving this error code 0x80072EFD. Im wired for my internet connection but for some reason Im being told to check my internet connection and try again. Ive done everything and nothing
    is happening or working.

    this is BS

    Again people, its not time warner issue. I have time warner and 2 xbox connected to 2 live accounts. The one in my playroom works just fine but the one in my livving room only connects as far as the internet but cant connect to xbox live. To me it sounds
    more like MS issue and not ISP. I have the proof to prove it.

    it is a issue everywhere i guess. same thing here time warner cant connect . but others in the area with other internet can. just yet another time warner problem

    AND IT IS ONLY WITH THE SLIM MODEL WE HAVE TWO ELITE MODELS AND THEY CONNECT WITH NO PROBLEM`S ONLY OUR SLIM MODEL IS NOT CONNECTING

    I called both companies xbox and time warner they both said they were working on it

    the customer service guy from time warner seemed like he was very mentally slow
