Discus and support Time used is showing as doubled in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; This may be specific to Roblox...     Time used is showing as doubled


    This may be specific to Roblox... I have my son's limits set, but since Roblox is launched with Microsoft Edge, it counts each app as "time used" on the computer. So if he's on Roblox for 1 hour, it uses 2 hours of his computer time.

    I understand that the time recorded in family safty becomes double when your child plays roblox. As you describe, Microsoft Edge also runs when you launch that game, which causes the time recorded in family safty to not match the screen time.



    There is a description of a similar situation in the official Microsoft article. When multiple apps are running at the same time, the recorded screen time deviates from the actual time time. We recommend that you provide feedback on this issue.

    Microsoft attaches great importance to user experience, you can submit your ideas and suggestions through the Feedback Hub, and the development team will regularly review submissions for ideas or fixes.

    I don't see anything related to my question... the only thing I see is "idle time", which isn't the issue. I guess I'll just cut-and-paste my question into this OTHER forum?

    Just another reminded that Microsoft's customer service is dead.
