    I have to disagree with that. If anything playing games as you get older will help your reflexes and keeping your brain active.

    I'm fast approaching 49 and I still give as good as I get online playing FPS games, my reflexes are getting slower but to honest I only noticed it at the age of 46/47, so some of you have years yet.

    Because scientists gets it right all the time... lol. Seriously they say some ridiculous things.

    But I'm coming up to 30 and although I don't play as much, my reactions still remain the same.

    The only thing I've noticed as I've got older is that I have less interest in gaming than I did 10 years ago. I still enjoy it, but I definitely dont do it as much anymore. I haven't particularly noticed a difference with my reactions though.
