Bioshock:The Collection out this September

Take Two still releasing last gen "remasters" 3 years after curent gen annoncements and a years and half away from next gen console releases.....Strange strategy.

With Capcom,they didn't do much this gen.

Did like Bioshock (1) but that was 8 year ago,time to move on.

 

Before asking us why we like it or not....You should purchase a new console only if there are games you want to play,right now and in the futur.

For me,i like the console,also Microsoft support and improve the system over time.There are good exclusive games and 3rd parties, too.So far,so great.

Good deals,i don't know.The best is to take a look at retailers in your country or wait until the end of the year for some special Xbox one bundles....

 

The X1 for me has been a good solid console. At first I was very vocal about a few things I wasn't to happy with, but tbh they are releasing updates every month that are constantly making the system better all the time. There is only a couple of things I'd
personally like to see now, and I'm sure they will be added over the coming months.

I know that I'm still on my Xbox 360 and I will be picking mine up on the Fall of 2015. Also, please don't get mad / angry at me for the following statement...

At the moment, there are no Xbox One games that interest me at all.

With that said, the only games that have my attention at this point is Dragon Age 3 Inquisition and the Master Chief Collection. Halo 5 Guardians is on shaky ground right now because if it doesn't have a Firefight Mode / Spartan Ops Mode, I'm going to have
to skip Halo 5 Guardians.

i've had mine since launch and have been very happy with it, the updates are coming at a steady pace now, most of the major issues are resolved, MS is listening to feedback and changing things based on that.

there is a learning curve, it is a new UI, i'd recommend getting the Kinect, it takes a little getting use to, but instant switching, snap party/game dvr, "xbox, record that" have all become second nature that i've tried using them on the 360 a few times....

but look at the games, if there is only one or two games that really interest you, then you might be wasting your money, lot of big hitters coming next year.

 

I don't really have much to add, but if you get an Xbox One, I'll play with you.

 

If it has games that you might like you should get it soon. I have titanfall, battlefield 4 and forza 5 and I think all are good. Also every month there is new games for gold.

The only deals (if you can call them that) are the $399 Kinect-less bundle and the Titanfall bundle for $499.

The Titanfall bundle was $450 at one time and even was offered with 1 year of Xbox Live ($60) from certain retailers.

I don't see any kind of new deals in the near future. Maybe Black Friday will offer something.

 

The X1 is my all time favorite console! Most of my personal friends are still on the 360, and some have switched teams, but there are lots of people to play online with; never have a problem finding a match in Titanfall. The X1 also has a pretty good game
selection at the moment (Best lineup of a launch console in my memory.) and the futures so bright...it's got to wear shades.

As some have already mentioned, you should think about the games you like before investing.

It doesn't have nearly as many features as the 360 and the controller is worse. The Kinect is just as bad, but it's still a good console. I'm happy with it.

 

The kinect 2.0 is a lot better than the original kinect and the controller is about the same but it's a little flimsy.
