PS4 Sales Graph Shows Amazingly Stable Growth Since January, No Sign of Slowing Down PS4 has sold 7 million as of April 6th. Xbone 4.2 million. Thats 2.8 million this year vs 1.2 million. Time to take action and turn
the tide is NOW! PS4 owners have had 13 free games, xbone ZERO! Launch games with gold NOW! The Last Of Us , one of the best games ever, is coming to PS4 in June. We need top games asap Xbox really needs a strong E3 to start the fight back!

Personally I think it is likely that he could have been influenced all the time and bringing back Shepard was all he could do to fight back.

 

Though I agree with the free games being massively unbalanced, 4.2 million consoles IS allot of consoles. It's at least enough for a stable platform.

 

Sony are riding a very positive wave, and xbone is outselling its predecessor at a faster rate. Neither really have the games to support this - the fact your talking about HD re-issue of admittedly a great game is kinda depressing when that's your go to
bullet point. Also Sony being live in a helluva lot more territories is a factor, but M$ cant be happy about the difference in territories they were equally measured with last gen.

Interestingly the price drops in the UK might have a nice bump for the 'bone, but honestly dropping nearly £100 to a price in such a short span just shoes how ill thought out the launch price was.

Hopefully E3 has better outlooks for both consoles.

 

Yeah but take out the 2 million sold at launch. Not great sales since. Games with gold would definitely help

 

Would it tho? There's no games to give away, apart from the handful of launch titles. Which apparently weren't enough to take sales over 2m. The next "GREAT GAME" is months upon months away.

must we explain this everytime someone brings up numbers....

A: Sony released in almost ALL markets for last 6 months

B: MS was in 13 regions for last 6 months, not even full release yet in Europe

C: NO sales figures have been released by MS since Jan. What you are telling me that TF sold less than 1 million units in the bundles?

D: Last of us was a horrible game

 

Also most (if not all) of the "free" games on the PS4 are pretty average at best. I've read a lot of annoyed PS4 owners saying that the free games on PS+ are nothing great.

 

At least they have free games, we have nothing on Xbox One yet. We only got one, KI.

 

Better to have 13 "pretty average" games for free than zero games, average or otherwise.

Besides, many are highly rated by the community (Resogun, Outlast, Warframe DCUO etc)

 

killer instinct? Achievements are locked behind a paywall, making it a demo, not a free game.

 

Some achievements are not, I have a couple and I have not paid a penny for KI, and never will, it's average at best.

 

Also remember that all of the PS+ games aren't "free" they are rented. The moment they stop their PS+ account those games are no longer available.
