time sensitive unanswered question from 2 days ago

title: "unable to use deposited rewards credits in my Microsoft account"

I have $15.25 in my Microsoft account from Reward Credits expiring on 11/24/2016. I tried to use them by renting a movie but the expiring balance was not used.

I contacted support and they said the rental wasn't a qualified purchase to used the credit.

What or where can I find a list of qualified purchases?

Here is what the support agent from Accounts and Billing said via chat:

"Upon checking my resources, there are some applications or movies that can only be purchased using the promotional balance and the Star Trek movie that you purchase is using the standard credit balance on your account"

Charter Internet Disconnects Click Here

Trying to find out if Charter Communications is having issues like it did 2 days ago so we can contact Microsoft and Charter so the issue can be resolved again. Had a East Coast wide issue 2 days ago and we had it get fixed. Next time don't be such a douche.

Also last time I checked you ask a question and get answers that's it. We did this 2 days ago and got the issue fixed so don't give me some BS answer that don't answer my question.

 

Lord of the Rings Extended DVDs won't play

The Lord of the Rings Extended DVD trilogy won't play. There's just a black screen and nothing happens. I've seen other unanswered questions from a while back... is there a FIX yet?

Returning the DVDs I purchased many years ago is not an option.

 

Once credits are deposited into your account, the Rewards program no longer has access to them and would not have any information regarding what they can and can't be used for. You would have to try contacting support and speak to billing again.
