Time Lord Achievement not activating

So completed Quantum Break last night on Hard. Never changed the difficulty setting the whole time I played I did replay mission 4-2 all the way to the end. Once I completed the game only the Normal and Easy achievements popped. Tried to post on the Remedy
site but the sign up was down. Anyone else seen this bug?

[/quote] For the Proposal achievement, you need to invite 5 players to a game by using the invite screen. You need to enter their gamertag to invite them.

Fallout 4 far harbor

I'm not surprised that mods would disable achievements. Even activating certain skulls in Halo games would disable achievements.

Same thing happened to me last night. Completed the game on HARD but only got achievements for easy and medium.

I noticed a few chapters in act where recorded as medium?!? So i replayed them all on HARD.

I can now browse though the entire timeline and every single chapter is tagged with a HARD completion, but still no achievement

If you have completed Student of History (activate all iron lord artifacts) and the achievment did not pop then load up Destiny and select a character. When you get to orbit press the Start button on your controller and scroll all the way to the right.
Select Change and choose the option to sign in with a different account but be sure to choose your own account. When Destiny loads up again all your completed achievements should pop for you.

It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing an offer. So it should still take another day or so for the credits to show as pending. It doesn't matter if the offer is over. As long as you completed it before the offer ended, it
still counts.
