time limit vs activity on xbox one

Hello, I try multiple way of understanding the activity vs time limit. I try to search adequate site or community to help.

In resume, I set time limit to 2 hour on xbox one on a particular account per day, how can I have 3 , 4, or even 7 hour when go to activity monitoring ? How is this possible ? Please help.

Ya clearing cache removing the parental settings re adding them should do it

I would suggest removing the Xbox Account with the parental settings on it from the Xbox and clearing the cache by holding the power button on the Xbox. Once you have done that and the Xbox shuts off, re boot after
10 seconds and add the account back.

are you limited to xbox 360 or do you have pc/ps3/other consoles. other than halo, cod, and BF shooters on xbox seem to not be super active. borderlands 2 is ok but it's only co-op no real vs. mode.
