You can try unplugging console for 5 mins and try again. If not its nothing we can do here about suspensions.

Suspensions end at the same time they're issued, not necessarily at the beginning of the calendar day. For instance, if you were issued a 24 hour ban at 10 PM on Friday you will be banned until 10 PM the following day.

You can check your enforcement history and/or the email they sent you to see what time it's supposed to end. Changing your xbox clock won't change the suspension time.

Unfortunately, we can't help you with the suspension as this is handled entirely by the XBLPET team.

A 24hr suspension normally lasts about 24hrs. From the time to about the same time the next, some of the time its off. You may want to check your enforcement history to see how long the suspension was actually supposed to last for. You can try and learn

I can understand how this situation could be confusing.

When you say that you have reset your Xbox, what do you mean exactly?

Did you turn it off and disconnect it or actually go to Settings> System> Console Info> Reset to factory defaults?
