Time has changed by its self.

Sorry to hear about the issue. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and press the Menu button on your controller.
• Select Settings and then select System.
  
• Navigate to the Location tab and verify that you have the correct location and time zone selected.
  

Give the suggested steps a try and let us know if you are still seeing the incorrect time.

Also Legendary as stated before the Xbox has self diagnostics every time it's turned on to detect tampering. Once tampered with, there's no changing that detection mechanism. Once its detected, it never forgets.

have you read it every time the T&C as av seen it changed 8 times in last few years! and to me there not a warning with in its self but a guide line of to do and not to do!

ok thank you for replying i will change their passwords and i have tried my other sons power supply and the same thing happens so im sure its the actual console its self that has a fault
