Tile transparency and screenshots not working

Discus and support Tile transparency and screenshots not working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When I go into the system settings and want to change the tile transparency then I'm not able to choose the option.     Tile transparency and screenshots not working


    When I go into the system settings and want to change the tile transparency then I'm not able to choose the option. It's greyed out and says SOLID.

    Also when I double tap the XBOX Home Button to make a screenshot then there is no possibility to save them. There are only 2 tiles saying snap an app and one other with the game I'm playing.

    What Feature Would You Like To See?

    Screenshots and the ability to turn off tile transparency. We already know screenshots are coming, and tile transparency is the next update, but that shit doesn't look good when you have half your tiles transparent and the other half solid. Either all or none god damn it.

    Tile transparency will be good, the rest I'm personally not bothered about.

    Tile transparency and screenshots not working

    Try popping into your settings / preferences and make sure 'Allow broadcasts & DVR uploads' is ticked PH.

    See if that helps with your screenshot problem.

    Wee Bear, I've done this before, as I red some other threads about screenshots.

    Unfortunately this didn't work for me. Tile transparency and screenshots not working :(

    Aw OK PH, just thought I'd mention it as it's an easy thing to miss.

    And I guess your bang up to date with the latest system update too? (150305)

    Yes, latest update is installed, I got the option to change transparency under SETTINGS - MY XBOX, but I cannot change anything in this option, I couldn't even choose it. It's only there in grey color and says solid.

    Yes that option will stay ghosted until you apply a screenshot, photo on a memory stick or achievement art as a background.

    Have you tried applying any achievement art and it's still ghosted?

    Now it works. I've tried an achievment art as background. Even screenshots are workin right now. Thanks for your help.
