Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 DLC Problem

My dad put 40$ on his Xbox account specifically for the 14 Course Pack for PGA Tour 14. Everytime we go to the Xbox Marketplace, PGA Tour 14 isn't in the listings at all. And when we push "X" on the dashboard (to see the game information), there is nothing
there. No DLC at all. I purchased the same DLC a month ago on my account, only because we wanted to play different courses. Since then, he has gotten an Xbox and can't see the DLC. This is absolutely ridiculous. Can anybody help?

Hey there, I haven't played these games so I can't say for certain, but based on my experience with other games, I don't believe you will be able to jump that many versions of the game as everything I've read suggests the transfer is between 13 to 14 as

It looks as though the DLC has been delisted for some reason. You'd have to try contacting EA to find out why.

i have the same problem with course DLC.

I contacted the EA Sports online support but they answered me they didn't remove the DLC from the marketplace,so it's a Microsoft problem.

but honestly I do not trust their explanation

well I think MS needs to pull all EA/origin games in an effort to force EA to get their poo together. Take a look at their site and you will see that they have answered no ones questions regarding this game. I was just trying to get the course pack which
is not listed in the xbox store but still listed in the proshop of the game itself. I even purchased a year of xbox live gold because I was left with the impression that it might be needed in order for the dlc to be downloadable. The whole point of a console
is to make gaming easy enough for a child to deal with. Turns out even a tech genius like myself trying to set it up for an old timer can't get figure it out.

You answer is to contact EA, but the truth is the platform needs to be kept free of these problems. The same way the new Golf Club game had to pass testing in order for the indy developer to be able to sell on xboxlive, the larger more backed companies
need to be held to the same standards or the system just won't work. System being the method by which games are brought to marketplace, not the actual 360 system. I think it's time we all contact xbox/abuse and report EA for their recent practices. Demand
EA be held accountable. I bought this same game for my ps3 as well and suffer the same issues. As you know the pc version was a total flop with nothing but issues from day 1, and rather then even attempt to fix it they simply kill support and move on to
creating a whole new headache of a game.
