Ticking sound and system error

when I turn on my xbox one s I get a screen saying

Something went wrong

Restart this xbox

Troubleshoot

System error: (a bunch of characters that change everytime)

Then when I click on troubleshoot and try the other options like reset but keep all games and apps or reset and erase everything it restarts the system and brings me back to the error screen no matter what I do.

Please help

Console ticking noise?

My console does the same thing. When I turn it to power saving mode the whole system shuts down and the ticking noise stops. It's a very weird ticking sound and is def coming from the console.

I'd just like an official answer to why the console emits this weird ticking sound when in standby?

Is it just me with surround sound issues?

I have a 7.1 denon system with in wall, ceiling speakers. After ticking the surround sound beta my sound has been amazing and the display on the Denon was multi-in.

Mine makes a faint tick sound also

My issue is that the fan ticks. The console is set up in a bedroom. When everything is turned off (or on standby), I hear this fast "tick, tick, tick" from the Xbox One PSU. I specifically built my PC to be as close to silent as I could make it, so I can
even hear the Xbox One PSU ticking over the sound of my PC when that's turned on. I'm not saying that the noise is "loud", because it's not. But any noise that can clearly and constantly be heard when a product is supposedly turned off is not good, especially
an annoying ticking sound.
