Ticking noise which has gradually got worse on xbox one Advanced Warfare edition

I have had this xbox since just before Christmas last year. In the first month or so, I have heard a very quiet ticking noise. Being an it technician thought there was some dust, used a dust can. Still a ticking noise. I thought it can't be the hard drive
already after only a month of very minimal use. I put up with it.

Now the ticking is getting louder and much much more often, it's taking a hell of a lot longer to turn on and actually get to the dashboard, not to mention any digitally downloaded games take a lot longer to load, get freezing. I constantly get freezing
in the menus on call of duty advanced Warfare.

Iv probably answered my own feed here, but is it worth sending it back to Game UK? If anyone has done so before, how long do they take and do they give me a refurbished one? Also I'm worried about my saved data.

Some.help would be greatly appreciated!

Xbox One noise when installing?

So I got a brand new xbox one for Christmas, and when I was installing Advanced Warfare the xbox one would make a kind off loud noise. Now that it's installed and I'm playing Advanced Warfare the xbox one makes some noise but it's not as loud as when it
installed. Is this normal?

I purchased the Assassins Creed Bundle without Kinect btw

Can't download a game i bought

I got the Advanced Warfare Edition Xbox One repaired and now it won't let me download the game again. Does anyone know why?

Have you tried a factory reset? Don't worry about losing any game saves etc, they're all saved on cloud storage.

Id say my most prized is my current console which is the Xbox One X Scorpio Edition, best console I have ever owned which makes sense lol. Usually I never really got limited editions but the last one I got was the Xbox One Advanced Warfare which was cool
but the game ended up sucking so it kinda ruined it.

Thank's for the quick reply. I considered this but I did find it strange that my original Xbox one has no ticking noise. I don't know if they would have the same noise, but even when nothing is being downloaded on the One X and it has been on standby for
several hours the ticking and whining continues.

Still no solution? I dunno but I feel like it got worse? maybe it's just me.

And the static noise is so annoying while playing Destiny.

Edit: oh looks like it got worse for everybody.
