    Ticket to Ride Crashes on Load


    I bought Ticket to Ride and it's DLCs while it was on GamePass last month. The game and DLCs worked fine while it was on GamePass, but when it came off GamePass, it started crashing when I started it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times and logged
    into Asmodee Digital and changed my xbox key in case the purchase needed to be refreshed on their side. I sent an email to Asmodee Digital on Dec 22nd then followed up yesterday, allowing some time for the holidays and I have not received any response. I have
    read that other people who purchased the game on Xbox are having a similar issue. Is there a solution for this? I'd really like to have the game work, but if not, I believe a refund would be in order.

    I Have The Same Problem.

    Some games (FH4, Forza 7, Ride 4) crash on the load screen.

    Dragonball Z Kakarot and Medal of Honor work well.

    Is it a Software Problem?
