Thrustmaster TMX warranty exchange debacle

This relates to Microsoft Support case number [Mod Removed]. I purchased the Thrustmaster TMX for Xbox one back in November from Microsoft.com. My 10 year old opened it on Christmas as his main gift. It did not work. The unit constantly transmitted a
dpad down arrow command such that all menus scrolled down continuously. It was unusable. I talk down to Thrustmaster but eventually concluded it was defective. I called Microsoft. They said it was now out of stock. Was told to take to store and they would
ship to TM for repair. Went to MS store. Was told "we don't do that." Had no choice but refund. Only way to get product was pay additional $120 to Gamestop. And wasted many hours.

I currently have a Thrustmaster TMX Pro sitting in its box unopened. Spent $250 and debating whether to open it or go with something else. Still need to buy a shifter ($150) and stand ($150 to $200). Wondering if there are better values for $600.

exchange (assuming stock is available) or return if the product is within the exchange period, but only they can take a look and give you an accurate response on that. If you are looking to receive support or inquire about a product repair, you will want to
work directly with
Thrustmaster Support for that.
