    i have paid subscriptions with my xbox gold account, netflix and xbox game pass.plus untill recently i was also subscribed to amazon prime and ea access so im here to make this clear and this only . On the 19th of october
    2018 my account via my ip address was blocked by a member of trionworlds defiance 2050 team. After five years of playing the game and dripping a stream of cash into it i have been blocked without notice or intent from trionworlds, Xbox surport and trionworlds
    between them have not got the power or will to unblock my account and move forward .im here to warn guys trionworld are cash grabbing and will take your money and block your account if you tell them the truth about game issues .im done with trion and defiance
    2050, this year as a thank you to the xbox surport team and the neglect i felt when asking them to sort out, when my yearly gold pass runs out im off to playstation for good .im done chasing my tail .read this. A MEMBER OF TRION WORLDS 2050 TEAM HAS INTENTIONALLY
    and without due cause or appeal BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT .

    from looking at the suspension thread, it seems they are now giving our temp suspensions for cheaters. I'm with you guys, i'm throwing in the towel..

    lol...this whole story doesn't even make sense. Instead of just throwing in the towel and hating a game system and running for the ps3, why not dispute the charges? People are silly. Throwing in the towel , :p

    Hello!

    You would have to contact them directly as Xbox/Microsoft would have not have any involvement with the actions another company makes regarding their product. I would reach out to the developer to have them investigate the issue.

    I have contacted trion via their custumer surport but because I have been blocked I cant login to do so. So I'm auto pushed into the automated response page .unplug router .reset and delete options ECT. When I get to the point where I need to be s to sort
    from this end I have to log in to do so .but I'm blocked .sending message to the automated system .I have contacted a member of the trion devs by private message and trion support from a deferant ip address explaining my situation .nothing back from trion
    and from the dev .i gave him details and the account details .I got back from him a message asking me to contact support. I see they shed 87% of their workforce a few weeks back and no one is happy about that but right now trion has no support just disgruntled
    staff and patrons..thanks for helping

    Sorry to hear about the unfortunate block from Trion.Could you try and sign in with a different account just to make the support ticket through Trion? I have had to do that with the Microsoft contact us when profile was messed up.

    Kinda on it .but it still feels like it's a death rattle .I pay a subscription with xbox I pay to play .not for rewards or free games .if I enjoy I pay for game and play it. if by chance im subscribed to xbox one .who can put a game in xbox store .take
    my cash then not allow me to play it and give me no notice or cause to abertrate. If it's one its all .trion has done this to me .dose my xbox subscription allow them to do this. If yes them im off to PlayStation .no big deal .

    As to your question about if they have right to block you. Unfortunately they do it is their server you play on not Microsoft. The Xbox helps with the launch of games once it is launched the game server takes over. I would continue to try get in touch with
    Trion and hopefully they will unblock it.

    Once again im trying to be clear if im blocked or banned ok fine .but I have when purchasing from trion entered some sort of financial agreement that would leave me some sort of appeal to a such a ban .this falls within the realm of reason.beyond that
    is unreasonable. Now given that I have received no such terms of notice to block or ban .let's assume I'm not blocked. Now taking that as a point to move forward lets study what happened .during on or around the 19th october 87% of the trion staff were dismissed
    leaving just active devs during the company's transition period. We on xbox have had a hard time as the devs who were pushed to launch in beta mode. we waited 5months for the game update only to be told 2 days before launch xbox would not reiceve the update
    .at this point xbox were allready 5 months behind ps4 and pc playing the same game only to be told 1st by the 15th of october were sorted the patch is deployed with the new pc and ps4 up date then 2nd was the update would not include xbox one console .over
    that week I seen many posts on forums xbox guys were angry over the miss information and trion staff were stressed over changes .during this time was not Sat on the fence but expressed my opinion bluntly but not in a way that was beyond reason.maybe as i seen
    in the forums lots of guys were unreasonable over this time period due to the stress of not getting what we payed for .this a a truth this is my truth .so given the fact there is and was stress over this period and guys in the forums were battering trion
    and the devs .we are all human so all i need to ask myself is are you any more human than me

    Actually by connecting to their systems you are agreeing to whatever terms of service or code of conduct they have in place. If you violate those terms they have sole discretion to temporarily or permanently suspend your account. Likewise Microsoft has
    the same authority for Xbox Live if you violate the Xbox Code of Conduct (which would impact your ability to send communications, play any game online, etc.) As mentioned only the developer would be able to determine if you have been blocked from their game
    by them, what for, and for how long.

    I respect that grind fam! I can remember playing Ninja gaiden almost as long as I've been gaming, and that goes back farther than OG Xbox!

    Having said that, in campaign mode I really tried to never exactly throw in the towel by quitting. Lowering the difficulty, or adding some assists to games allow us to continue to enjoy what we all came to the game world for. For many that could be the freedom
    self-expression, control over an alternate universe, or just legitimately enjoy sneaking around doing ninja moves. For whatever reason we all came here, it is important that we keep it enjoyable!
