Throwing Fitness under the bus with Kinect?

When my wife uses Xbox Fitness at 4:30 am PST (yeah, crazy early, I know) there's no problem. Home after work at 5pm -- it buffers every 20 seconds. Yes, I've done everything -- hard wired, re-installed, cache cleared (by unplugging). 22mbs down as indicated
in Network settings and iPhone and PC. Everything else on Xbox works great.

What other explanation is left but server resources? And since they stopped selling Kinect, how many people are actually using Fitness? Well -- WE are, to the tune of about $150 in paid Fitness content.

All of us in the forum keep saying it until we're blue in the face: LET US DOWNLOAD. Already got an external HD -- works great. I'm betting the licensing agreements they made stipulate streaming only (to prevent piracy?). So PAY THEM to allow downloads
-- at least for purchased content. We're PAYING YOU.

No one seems to be responding here -- I'm going to start filling their twitter feed.

Actually Tomb Raider has posted a profit, it just took a lot longer than Square Enix thought as they had unrealistic launch sales expectations to begin with. That was more a case of SE throwing their Western developers under the bus to hide the failures
of their Japanese studios, specifically the Final Fantasy series.

I thought they stopped to sell the kinect windows version. The ordinary one is still rolling.

I mis-typed "stopped selling Kinect" when I meant "stopped bundling Kinect." The device is still for sale for Xbox One (and PC with an adapter), but by un-bundling it they pretty much killed the incentive to develop anything that requires it, leaving pretty
much Fitness and Dance Central (which itself crashes like crazy). I'm getting the feeling that there is also little incentive to fix any problems with existing Kinect software.

I have to agree. LET US DOWNLOAD THE WORKOUTS! It will not only reduce the server demad but also let us work out with no internet connection.

I had Dark Souls in my PS3 this morning, and as of then, no patch yet. Nice to hear that they're not going to throw the Xbox users under the bus on this one, though.
