Throwback Thursday didn't count last week

I bought Oblivion on Thursday, it's been almost a week and it hasn't registered on my rewards page. Just 4 greyed out icons

No points for Throwback Thursday purchase

I purchased a Throwback Thursday offer last week and I still see no indication of the 6,000 points I was supposed to get appearing in my account. Do I need to wait for the entirety of the Throwback Thursday promotion to end in a few months for them to show
up?

It have punched 1 of 4 "Bonus Reward punchcard" in the page "MyMissions", Should it punch 2 of 4?

It shows "Pending Credits" in the page "MyRewards";

07/12/17 - Throwback Thursday Rewards - July Week 2 (1,000 Rewards Credits) - 1,000 Credits

06/15/17 - Throwback Thursday Rewards - June Week 3 (1,500 Rewards Credits) - 1,500 Credits

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It looks like this is a possible web display issue, and we have alerted our web team. However, you have been awarded for your purchase, and completed one week for the offer, as shown by the Credit event currently
pending in your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. We can confirm that this purchase has been properly recognized for the offers, but as you found, the progress punches for the four weeks of participation are not filling up correctly. Apologies for the confusion.
We hope to have this bug fixed soon!

Hello RustyVolcano575,

The only offer that purchase would have been eligible for was last week's Throwback Thursday offer. However, since your purchase of Forza 5 was not made during the offer period, and was made in May, it was not eligible for that offer.

It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing the offer, so it's too early to see the credits pending.

As stated in our FAQ (https://rewards.xbox.com/faq/):

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each week’s offer or completion of the Bonus Reward punchcard.

Since your purchase was just made today, it is too early to see the Credits pending.
